每月域名与邮箱健康监控Monthly domain & email health monitoring · $19/月$19/mo
每月自动检查 HTTPS、www、MX、SPF、DMARC、DKIM、SSL 证书到期和域名注册到期时间；出问题及时提醒，并提供小修复与故障协助。较大改动另行计费。A monthly automated check of HTTPS, www, MX, SPF, DMARC, DKIM, SSL certificate expiry and domain registration expiry. We alert you when something breaks and help with small fixes and incidents. Larger changes are billed separately.

套餐里包含什么？What's included?
每个套餐的内容写在上面的卡片里；开工前我们会用邮件写清楚做哪些、不做哪些。范围外的需求先报价再做。Each package's scope is on its card above; before starting we confirm in writing what's in and what's out. Anything extra is quoted first.
域名费用包含在价格里吗？Are domain fees included?
不包含。域名注册/续费由你直接付给注册商，域名归你所有。No. Domain registration/renewal is paid by you directly to the registrar, and the domain stays in your name.
可以退款吗？Can I get a refund?
可以，按 退款政策：开工前取消全额退款，开工后按未完成部分比例退款。Yes, per our Refund Policy: full refund if you cancel before work starts, pro-rated for unfinished scope after.
怎么付款？How do I pay?
通过 Stripe 安全付款，支持银行卡、Apple Pay、Klarna、Link、Cash App Pay 和 Amazon Pay；我们看不到你的完整卡号。Securely through Stripe — cards, Apple Pay, Klarna, Link, Cash App Pay and Amazon Pay are supported. We never see your full card number.
怎么拿到报价？How do I get a quote?
发邮件到 hello@bubblerocks.dev，说明想上线什么、现有域名/服务器和期限，我们回复范围和报价。Email hello@bubblerocks.dev with what you want to launch, any existing domain/server, and your timeline; we reply with scope and price.
每月健康监控可以随时取消吗？Can I cancel health monitoring anytime?
可以，随时取消，服务到当前计费周期结束，不按天退款。Yes. It runs to the end of the current billing period; no partial-month refunds.
申请创业额度（如 AWS Activate）时能帮上忙吗？Can this help with startup credit applications (e.g. AWS Activate)?
很多创业扶持项目会要求申请者有可访问的官网和公司域名邮箱，Launch Kit 正好覆盖这两项。是否通过由各项目自行审核，我们不能保证结果，也与 AWS 等机构没有合作关系。Many startup programs ask applicants for a working website and a company-domain email, and Launch Kit covers both. Approval is decided by each program; we can't guarantee outcomes and aren't affiliated with AWS or other providers.
每月健康监控具体查什么？What does monthly health monitoring check?
每月自动检查网站 HTTPS 与 www、HTTP 跳转、MX、SPF、DMARC、DKIM、SSL 证书到期和域名注册到期时间。发现问题会邮件提醒你，小问题我们直接帮你修；较大的改动先报价再做。Every month we automatically check HTTPS and www, the HTTP redirect, MX, SPF, DMARC, DKIM, SSL certificate expiry and domain registration expiry.
